![]() Kim has 3 wonderful kids, Haley, Jaxon, & Bryce and when not selling real estate, still dedicates time to serving nonprofits where she is currently involved with raising awareness for Diabetes. Not long after starting her own business, Kim became licensed as a real estate agent out of a desire to help single parents and couples achieve their goal of home ownership. In addition to helping others make their house a home, Kim was able to learn the industry and acquire the skills necessary as a single parent to renovate and create her own dream home. After a 20-year career dedicated to non-profits, Kim became an Owner/Principal of her own interior design and home staging company. Following graduation, Kim worked for 3 nationally recognized non-profits specifically in the roles of Executive Director/CEO, Director of Meetings & Events and Director of Development. ![]() In addition, Kim earned her Certified Meeting Professional designation through the Convention Industry Council. ![]() She truly has a steadfast desire for helping those who seek to buy or sell a residential, coastal, or fairway living lifestyle.Ĭurrently a resident of Summerville, Kim was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia and attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) in Blacksburg earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a minor in Business.
